The Power+ Graduate Program is a flagship program in early career landcape in Hitachi Energy. It’s targeted to high potential STEM graduates (majors) with engineering/technical profile, open for challenges, embodying “explorer approach” being a foundation of this program, and eager to learn by experience during program’s journey and beyond.
Power+ Graduate Program offers 3 x 6-month long rotations across various company’s departments, offering Trainees a unique and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to try different roles in various business units across 18-month program’s journey and to build a very strong and diverse professional network before applying for a fulltime position that matches ambitious and career aspirations of each individual.
