How is the program structured? Over 12 exciting months you'll gain all the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career with us anywhere in the world. We have numerous graduate opportunities across different areas of our business – you'll just need to decide which sounds most interesting and apply for the area that inspires you most. - Engineering [electrical or telecom] - Project management - Commissioning Engineering - Marketing & Sales The program will begin in July with an induction day in our Hitachi ABB office in Dubai. There, you will meet your fellow trainees, and network with senior leaders, while building your support group. Immediately you will begin your technical training journey in Saudi where you will participate in three 4-months assignments within your chosen discipline within the business. Here you will build your technical capabilities with hands-on experience while working on different projects, giving you the opportunity to continue your professional qualification alongside your day job. - Experience: This program is an entry level talent program, therefore we will not be considering candidates with more than 18-month-experience post-graduation

- Stage 3 – Virtual Assessment Center
- If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to a virtual assessment center which includes an interview and a group exercise
